Terms of Service

Welcome to 7shen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7shen website, the multilingual listing generation service, and the 7shen developer API (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

7shen provides AI-powered tools that (a) generate multilingual product listings for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify, and (b) offer a developer API providing OpenAI-compatible access to large language models. Content produced by the Service is generated automatically by artificial intelligence and is not human-authored.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To access certain features you may be required to create an account or obtain an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

• Free tier: 3 listing generations at no cost, no credit card required.
• Starter: $19/month for unlimited generations across 6 languages.
• Pro: $49/month for multi-store teams, including brand voice memory and priority processing.
• API: usage-based billing, charged per token consumed.

4. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed by Creem, Inc., a third-party merchant of record. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's terms and authorize Creem to charge the payment method you provide. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others;
• Produce misleading, deceptive, or false product claims or listings;
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the policies of any marketplace you publish to;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Resell or redistribute the Service in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you input and of the generated listings you create, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You grant 7shen a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. 7shen and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including the underlying software and models.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and 7shen makes no warranty that any generated listing is accurate, compliant with marketplace policies, or fit for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before publishing it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including payment processing (Creem) and AI model providers. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and 7shen is not responsible for their availability or performance.

9. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7shen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. 7shen's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to 7shen in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong.
